Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our team works hard to ship most orders within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on Saturday after 11am will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Timeframes
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 2–4 business days. We ship exclusively from within the United States via the following carriers:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all eligible orders within the contiguous United States. No hidden fees at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.
Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Delays may occasionally occur due to high volume periods, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- US Virgin Islands
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
Orders placed from restricted locations will be cancelled and fully refunded.
